fuse panel 87 diffrent from 86 ?

I've got this splendid Do-it-Yourself Servie Manual Mustang 1987 from a friend who sold his car.

Since I'm still waiting for my car shop manuals I'm wondering if the fuse panel of 87 is the same as for my 86 and the corresponding fuses have the same Amps rating?

If so there are quite some fuses in my panel with wrong Amps (see hand marked notes on pictures of 87 fuse panel).

Is there a thread/link where fuse panels of foxbodies are compared from year to year?

btw: cavity number 15 fuse is missing and my fog lights are not working so this could be the cause

... forgot to mention that my fuse panel LOOKS the same but I'm not 100% sure if fuse No./Amps are the same as in 87.

86: 15 amp
87: 15 amp plus: radio, power mirror

86: 15 amp
87: 15 amp plus: heated rear window

86: 15 amp heater blower motor,
___ 30 amp a/c blower motor
87: 15 amp heater blower motor
___ (no a/c blower motor?)

no 10:

86: 20 amp
87: 20 amp plus: low oil indicator

---------
no 15:

86: not used (spare)
87: 15 amp fog lamps

---------
no 18:

86: 15 amp
87: 10 amp
