motorcraft battery problem, I think I damage it.

any one having motorcraft battery that getting hot ? I bought ford motorcraft tough plus couple week ago at ford dealer, I install a battery tender pernament cable on it. also install brand new set of post negative and positive post. so far I hook it up the charger every time im done driving, for example,

crank the car, unplug the battery tender, drive for 20 min, get home, plug the battery tender in. on and off very often, i dont know I damage the battery like that, because right now it take a bit longer to get full charger. I keep the battery tender in charger full time. I dont know if I need to give it a break... wonder what the ford dealer return policy.

update : I went to ford this morning and return the battery, they dont ask why, but they tell me they no longer carry or make order. this size battery for early mustang.

when lunch time I will go to advance auto part, I heard good thing about autocraft .
