    Default Porting GT40 intake

Well I am trying my hand at porting a GT40 lower. Never tried so first time here. I have been reading all over the net how the lower is the biggest holdback on an Explorer intake so I figured what the heck. I have 2 GT 40 intakes upper and lower so no harm at doing it. These are before and after pics. Please give me your input as to how I am doing, or to make it better.
    Measurements are
    stock side to side :0.94
    ported side to side :1.05"
    stock top to bottom :1.70"
    ported top to bottom :1.85"

After reading one of tmoss articles . I found out they are 2 different lower intake port sizes BB and BA are smaller and the one in the pictures is a BA which is .95"x1.65" at the opening. The one I am going to put on mt car is an AA which the openings are ~.98"x1.95" . The funny thing is both of these models do have the EGR opening in the intake. So read a little , to learn a lot.

    Well it's bigger.

Looks to me like you need to work on your layout a little. Those lines are not very square.

How does it match the head?

It is good that you left a decent radius in the corners. Can't see much else. Which runner is it?
