June21st, 2014 Predator Reunion in Plano, TX

I'm officially announcing the 2014 Predator Mustang Reunion in Plano, Texas (a suburb of Dallas). This will be the first major predator reunion in about 20 years, and is a great chance for any of you with your GT302, GT302Hs or GT302Rs to be in attendance. It's also rumored that Tom Solomon - the man, the myth, the legend, will be there himself.

Right now I don't have any registration information, but as I get that it will be posted.

I want to make this show so badly to meet some of you guys in person and see multiple predators together. Would also love to have the car signed. Unfortunately with my work schedule and our vacation schedule i would say right now that odds are that i will not be able to get the weekend off. Have to see if anything changes.

Very cool. I have been to this Shelby show the past couple of years and the turnout is huge. Having the Predators there will be a bonus. Let's just cross our fingers that it isn't 105 that day.

Everyone be sure to take LOTS of pics! I have a prior commitment so will not be able to make it. Don't own a Predator right now anyway. Hopefully someday I will find the one I owned and restore it.

Is there any info for this show as far as a host hotel for the event? Or will the folks coming from out of town staying anywhere in particular? I know it's early but I like to plan things out in advance. My plan is to get into Texas sometime Friday afternoon.

Was also wondering if other folks coming from out of town maybe planning to caravan from Kansas or missouri? I'm figuring a 2 day trip so thought it would be cool to hook up with some other folks,

I don't believe the actual location has been announced yet, but I will post updates as soon as I get them. I know Dan is headed down from KC, not sure who else is coming from that area yet. Glad you can make it!

You need not to own a predator to come out and enjoy the cars on display, but merely to have an appreciation for them! You are an honorary Predator member Steve! Passion for the cars counts as well as ownership!

Neither car will be ready but I'll hopefully be there to see all the Predators and bring the passenger dash inserts for Tom to (hopefully) sign.

For others that will be looking to make hotel reservations. We just made reservations for fri/sat at place called candlewood suites which is on legacy drive and only couple minutes from the show location. They are currently reserving rooms at special rate of 69.99 per night.

Man I wish I could go to this and bring my car. Unfortunately I can do either. I'll be on vacation and my car might not be ready. I need to get it back on the road. I have the Black 83 GT302H.

Tom Solomon has said he will be there. Of course I can't predict unexpected things happening, but that's what I've been told. Unfortunately, I do not have the capacity to organize dashes at this point. Maybe in a future date when I'm not as busy as I am, but currently it's all I've got just to make sure the event goes off as planned. Hope to see everyone there who can make it!
