    Thanks for posting this article.
I have always thought that the Special Vehicle Operations Team Members were thinking a lot about the McLaren M81s when they first began to design SVOs.

In a slightly earlier or later era the little 2.3 Lima engine may have gotten passed over for a supercharged V6 or V8.

I think I need someone to translate Foxchassis's translation. Lol. Awesome car though, somebody needs to bring that American girl home. I wish it was me, but I don't have the $$.

Back in high school in Des Moines, several of my Italian friends called them "Pasqualis".
I never knew where that came from....anyone on here familiar with that term?

All I do know is that it would take an armful of them to buy this beautiful car!

We've got a man on the scene, so to speak. One of our UK correspondents has let me know he's talking to the Italian seller and getting information and images. Hopefully, we'll get to hear a little more about this car.

Only one black one made? I found numbers saying 11 were made, but most say 10. Just doing some reading, pretty interesting, I had seen the pic of an orange one with an old McLaren race car but never understood what it was.

I have the VINs for over half of the 12 (2 "race" + 1 "prototype" + 9 production). I'll see if I have the VIN for this one (#8).

I do not have the VIN for yours. :hint hint:
