1979 capri rs turbo

After work today I'm going to go look at a 79 mercury Capri 2.3 turbo rs. The car runs (but poorly he says carb needs work) and has 80,000 original miles on it and is all there and he wants a grand for it. What are some pitfalls I should look for?

Rust. Look under at the floor pan, spare well, and front frame rails to start.
