    Default stock tach 1979 Capri

    All,
I have MSD set up in my car including the tach . Once upon a time ago I took the cluster out to fix some bulbs and have had very part time tach, almost never working. I took it apart many times to check the wiring and even found a replacement tach from EBay that I installed. It actually worked for a minute. Now it is back to very part time and hardly at all. I am trying to retain the stock look in the interior. Any suggestions?

I meant to write that in the original post, I do have the tach adapter already installed.
