Default qa1 single adjustable shock +/- adjustment knob

I have qa1 single adjustable shocks. On one side the +/- adjustment knob will turn only a certain number of clicks to the left or to the right and then it will stop... However on the other side it will turn and turn and turn clickin and clickin all the way around and never stop...left or right. They are new but I ordered them a long time ago..as my car has been under restoration for a long time. What to do?

Mine don't do that. I would get ahold of Qa1. See what they say.

this is so crazy. They are literally brand new!!! been on the car maybe less than 50 miles. The guy that installed them didnt say anything about the fact that the adjustment knob spins and doesnt stop

X2 The ones I bought for my fathers drag car don't do that either.

Just because any item is brand new doesn't mean that it can't be bad. I've replaced known bad transmissions & engines with brand new $20k allison transmissions and $50k international and cummins engines only to find out they were brand new non working junk!

finally remembered to call QA1 during business hours. The guy told me to check the set screw on the knob. I will do that tonight and report my findings.
