    Default '83 Mustang wiring question.

My '83 GT needs a good dash harness. Anybody know if any other years will work? Or is it '83 specific?

    TIA

How about a picture of the part in question? Not sure which harness you need. Regardless, ebay, latemodel restoration, and Rock Auto are good starts. Alternatively, there are a lot of good folks on here with extra parts willing to help out fellow members.

Well, the '83 was gutted from the PO wanting to build a Mustang/Camaro challenge car. The dash wiring was sacrificed for a switch panel, and I wouldn't want to try to return it to what it should be.

So that's why I'm wondering which years, if any, will be a direct replacement. I would like to figure this out before I place a WTB ad.

    Thanks.
