The glove box trim has 2 speed nuts on the backside, but you have to remove the glove box liner to access them. On the instrument panel, the woodgrain trim is part of the gauge bezel - there are mounting screws just below the bottom edge of the dash pad.
The wood trim itself is integral to the trim pieces. You cannot remove the wood from the plastic as it is one solid piece. Your only options are to remove the wood trim pieces and replace them with another style trim panel from another Fox body car with the same dash arrangement, or cover/paint the wood trim to make it suit your taste.
As for the door panels, I'm guessing that the wood trim can't be removed without damaging the vinyl on the door panel.

thanks for the information, I found some carbon fiber panels that are cut and stick. will use these to get rid of that fake wood trim now I can replace it with fake carbon fiber LOL thanks again
I have been working on replacement kits, if will call them that, and I will be able to offer anything from all kinds of fake woods to real woods, all kinds of metal with tons of treatments and options. I can do solid colors to what ever !
Right now I can make them by you sending me the dash parts and I do the work on them. I have not perfected a "do it yourself" kit....thats what I am working on now.
I want to branch off into Mustangs and other Fox cars too. I do have samples to show off !
just finished up the dash panel side wood door inserts and the glove box panel with Black carbon fiber --will post pics tomorrow --went off without a hitch and if I must say so looks damn good
