Doug nice that you will be going this year. Will you be driving it that far or towing it there? I more than likely will tow mine that far vs driving it, but time will tell as it is getting there one way or another this year.
Awesome Brian, can't wait to hang out with you again.
Dan,
I was hoping you may try towing it there.

Last year, I was going to tow it to my mother's in NJ, and then meetup with JTurbo in PA and shoot down to Carlisle. Last minute change in plans and I drove the car the whole way. 200 miles from MA to NJ, then ~150 miles NJ-Carlisle, 150 miles Carlisle-NJ, and then 200 miles home. Ran like a top!

Anyboday start a Carlisle thread yet? Who's goin? where everybody's stayin? Can we all try to park near each other?
I've been to Carlisle but never been in the show. I was gonna leach off some of you veterans for the tips an tricks.
The dates for the Ford nationals are June 7-9th.

I dont know how it works for the shows. Do we leave our cars on the grounds? what time do we need to be there by? How do we register? When do we need to register by? Is pro Wrestling really fake?

Pro wrestling is real. Mick foley told me so.
Registration can be done online or at the event. Lots of us go but we also stay at varying locations. You can if you're so inclined to leave the car at the fairgrounds however most attendees do not.
Being you're a Capri owner like me we Merc fans get parked up on heart attack hill about 15 feet from the dumpsters.... It's also why I own a mustang too.... So I can attend and actually hang with the crew and not have to worry about leaving the Capri unattended. Cars are parked/grouped according to class registered.
Any way you slice it, Carlisle is just tons of fun.
Yes I do think there is a thread.
edman1000, I'm going... I cross over at Fort Erie, Ontario into Buffalo via the Peace Bridge... we can hook up and drive down together
