Best of luck with the sale. It sure is a beauty. I'm not sure how you made those door panels fit but it looks fantastic!

Oh God I would love to have this car. If only I hadn't just spent $5k on a new stroker motor for my '01 Bullitt.

WOW. Is the car still for sale? Is the car roadworthy to make an extended trip say....to Florida??? The car is awesome!! I have a 1980 Cobra with 20K original miles and have always loved the looks of the 1980-81 Cobra and 1982 GTs. What size wheels and tires are on the car? Are there any rubbing or clearance problems? Also what interior work work are you refering to that needs to be finished. Are there any body or rust in the body?

Hey Guys, yes the car is still available. Rat-Racing, the rims are 17" with 235/45/17 tires. And I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. Interior work is the rear quarter plastics need to be finished. Basically I am using part of the 04 to blend into the original. I have it fiberglassed and started the bondo. Need to finish and then have covered in 04 vinyl. Also, need to finish the trunk area to look nice. I've been driving the car like it is. Honestly, I have been considering taking the back seat out completely, and doing a back seat delete. The back seat is useless anyway. Cant get my sons' car seat back there without his feet crushed by the seat. And I cant afford to slide the seat forward since I need every inch of leg room I can get! I just put him in front seat now.

    No rust or body damage.

I think a backseat delete is the way to go.

It's a specialty car, no one is concerned about using the rear seat.
