Neil, you and your family have done an outstanding job putting this together. Asking nothing in return other than smiles, good times and just enough money to cover costs is a very generous. Hats off to you. I think after this year we should continue to meet up. It doesnt have to be a bbq. Just a simple meet or drive.
On another note, so far my car is right on schedule to be driven to the last bbq for the first time.

I'm doing my best to make it to this one. It's gonna be close, especially now that I'm unemployed. If all goes well, I'll be attending college again, at the age of 52, beginning with the Summer 2013 session.
Neil, I believe you have address info already. If not, let me know and I'll PM it to you.
Edit:
I'm not having any luck viewing the BBQ home page. I don't see the pictures f4fntm posted. I'm guessing those were removed.

My other "4 eye" is a '67 Cutlass
Still unemployed at this time, but the VA is sending me back to school (Boise State University). My first class starts Monday (6/10/2013) and and doesn't end until 8/3/2013. Then I'm off and running beginning with the Fall 2013 semester shortly after that. I'll need to see if the semester break will allow me time to come up.
Making it to this event will depend on class scheduling and my financial situation at that time. With the Fall 2013 semester beginning in August, I'm thinking I may not be able to make it this time, and that bums me out to no end.
I may have to bring just the truck and travel trailer and leave the Mustang at home. She's not quite roadworthy at the moment and the unemployment check isn't conducive to vehicle repair, know what I mean?
I really want to make it this year, especially since it's the last time this event will happen. I'd hate to miss an event I'm so close to just because of finances. Bringing the truck and trailer means I only have to come up with fuel money. If I need to pitch in some food money, I'm certainly willing to try to help out. I don't mind helping with the cooking either.
I'll try to do some serious financial juggling after I receive the flyer and info.

If you can make it that would be great even if you can't bring the stang. If nothing else I'm sure you could catch a ride with one of us for the end of event drive.
Good luck to you and hope to see you in August.

Mustang kid, we will just park your aero car in the other field, not in the "line-up"...
1ugly85...send me a PM with your correct address, as your invite went out already.
I have mailed out just under 100 flyers, and have confirmed that 2 guests will be driving over 1300 miles each, each way...damn !!

Received the flyer the other day. I'll see what me and the missus can do for scheduling. It's gonna be tight, but she wants to go as much as I do, although the Ghia may not be drive-able. I've never tried to tow my travel trailer AND another trailer at the same time. Would have to modify the travel trailer to do that.

I know it's legal in some states, but not all. I don't particularly want to do it, but that would be the only way to get my Ghia to the BBQ.

I know, just put the Stang IN the travel trailer! I mean, you wont need all that space while you are driving!
