85 GT convertible parts search

Hi guys,

I am almost done restoring my 85 gt convertible but I need some help locating some parts. I am looking for the c-shaped clips that hold the tack strips on to the body.
If anyone knows where to get these parts and can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Not sure what you are looking for from the description...could you provide better detail, or better yet a picture.

I will try to post a pic this weekend but if you have never had your convertible top taken apart, you probably have never seen this part. There are 3 tack strips that go around the back of the well liner that the vinyl top is stapled to. These strips are made of plastic and are housed by thin aluminum frames. These frames are held in place with "C" shaped clamps with a slot in the center for a short carriage bolt. I think there is about 15 of these clamps that secure the aluminum frames and tack strips.

The actual top is held in place with fixed studs that the vinyl top goes through, over this is a metal braket and a nut to hold the top tight. The wheel liner has three...one on each side and one in the back...plastic ends for securment, but they are stiched to the vinyl well liner. It has been a while since I did mine but I just went out and looked.
