Today I'm painting the mirrors back to charcoal, and finishing up painting the mouldings (they were black). It's getting there...
    Great to hear that.
    Did you say Spats???
    Something i dont know about?

Oh and I found a bunch of pictures of my momo hub/steering wheel installation from #009 if you still need them.
    Pm me if you do.

You need to start posting some pictures here or start a build thread soon. I'm sure theres been a lot of progress, after all the tremendous work you had to put in.

I know this is a bit late, but one of the SVOCA Directors had the Saleen below in his collection back in 2006. Unfortunately he passed away a year or two later and I believe his family sold it. Now his son has either purchased it back or at least located it, from what I remember hearing, but don't bet a paycheck on that. It was a very cool 85 with what I believe is a 1st gen wing. I know very little about Saleen details, so don't sue me if I am off base on that detail. Enjoy!

That is an amazing Saleen, and the "Big Wing" makes it so desirable. It's cool to hear that Gary's son ended up with it...that one should stay in the family
    Cheers!

Spot on! It was Gary's car. Original wheels were gold. And correct that his son will take the car. His uncle is in line to take the car should he ever want to sell it. It won't be leaving the family anytime soon. Gary's user name here on 4 eyed pride was Bigwing. He was an awesome guy. You'll find his posts in some searches.
