Thanks WHLTHR79RS, that sounds like a fun event.I'll chk it out. On a side note, is the 4 eye BBQ officially dead and burried or is there still life there?

My 4-eye BBQ event is done, 10 good years and a lot of work. There is a chance that a friend south of Snohomish might do it again at his place, and I will be working for him on the 4th. He has the room, and a big shop to explore and lots of interesting cars.

I wish I had been around for your event I've been told that it was 'Awesome". I hope your friend decides to have an event of some kind so we can all get together.

The BBQ was good fun and good food. I regret that for the final two my car was down. If someone picks it up, I'll be there.

Yesterday I saw a red 79 mustang with white interior drive by my BBQ field, I have seen the car before, but never have made contact.

I'm in Skagit county. I'm one of the hillbilly upriver folk!

Actually, just moved back here. I forgot how depressing the weather gets.

Had a friend from Woolley explaining what sounds like a Skagit Valley caste system to me. It was a hilarious conversation.

I'm "downriver" but am in the middle of rebuilding a carburetor in my living room.

Thanks WHTLTHR, I've been to that one also, like you, it's been awhile!! I've been stopping by the one in Arlington at the Burger King ( nice little cruise-in by the way!) but got busy this summer with moving from Lake Stevens out to Monroe and haven"t had any time to cruise or do any car shows. I was thinking that if there was something close by I could probably squeek out an hour or so for some much needed De-Stressing,,,,not sure if that's a real word but I'm gonna use it!!! I thought that I heard somewhere awhile ago that "Five Guys Burgers" was the spot but not sure if it was Monroe or some place else...oh well, maybe somebody will chime in and set me straight. Thanks again, cheers.

Not a "cruising" car, but I will be drag racing my low 10 second Fairmont, and we normally have a few other FOX cars race with our BC Super Shifter group (all stick shift cars) in Washington, when we have races at Pacific Raceways (June 10 & 11), and Bremerton Raceway (July 22 & 23). I still have my 85 Mustang LX HB race car, but doubt I will be racing it this year.
Neils NW 4 eye BBQ was a great event, I was only able to attend 1 event, due to conflicting race date scheduling, but it was a lot of fun. I would love to be able to go to the Arlington Dragstrip Re union in the future, but yet again, this years event conflicts with a race at Mission.
I have not been in many years, but there used to be several Mustang meets in Washington State, I had been to shows at Bellvue College, and Marymoor Park, as well as All Ford Picnicsat Lake Sammamish Park, anybody know if these neets are still going on?
