Ok so a friend and I were talking about the pace car. He really believes that they had somesort of L.E.D. system in the back side of scoop so you dont have to look down at the gauge. Is this right? I've never seen or heard of this before.

Oh, wait, mine no longer has a turbo either.
Would have been cool if Ford had done some cool Turbo Boost Light in the scoop similiar to the Turbo Trans Am. Still love the look of the Turbo T/A too, although they were gutless!

ford gave us the turbo light and over-boost buzzers in dash. oh don't know if pace cars had this

I know mine had the light, but since my PC didn't have a turbo when I bought it, I have no idea on the buzzer. Besides, I am sure I would have disconnected after one good drive.

My overboost light goes on a the buzzer is always soundingshould disconnect it

Neither my green boost light or red warning light work on my 79 Pace Car. Buzzer works tho. Cant figure out how to fix the lights. Looking now for a turbo boost gauge if anyone has any ideas where to get one that has very simple installation instructions

Boost gauges can be found trough summit racing. Even the local auto parts store has them. I've got an Autometer boost gauge in my turbo grand prix.

If the overboost buzzer is still working, then theoretically, so is the turbo boost switch under the hood. Do both of those dash lights come on when you start the car? If not, it could just be the fact that those bulbs may need replacement and nothing more. It would be worth looking into before considering anything more expensive or drastic as a response.
