    Default Pace car literature

    Hi Pace Car fans.

Over the years I have built up a collection of various pace car related literature and I thought it would be a good idea to share this with other members. I will add more scans when I get the time.

Here is a link to the folder on photobucket

Please feel free to make copies for your own collections.

    Cheers Steve

PS I'm still on the lookout for the factory photo of a pace car on the assembly line, anyone got a copy they could scan?

Cool collection! I have a small pic of a Pace Car on the line.

I'm on tour right now, and it's at home, I'll post it when I get home.

No Pace Car stuff, but I have heaps of info on the SVE engineered Fords from a 1982 Wheels magazine. The Aussie import 1982 Ford LTD had the same rear tail lights, the same need for fold back rear view mirrors.

My Japanese Domestic Market Mustang got a mixture of Fox Thunderbird rear view mirror holders and, I think, Mk IV Cortina polished mirrors, or something ex Ford which looked the same.

The fold back rear vision mirrors, the European Ford Capri III Hatchback tail lights, the 3.3 and auto spec standard UK supply version.

Keep seeing lots more of the Fox bodies of them down here in New Zealand, my uncle had a factory Ford Mustang Cobra turbo, see if I can track down some photos. It wasn't a right hooker, but the car was really popular, even with the 2.3 Turbo and its reliabilty matters.

We had RHD Cobras in the early Naughties (see my LHD cars fold back mirror?)

and last Sunday, yet another New Zealand Fox Mustang drive by http://youtu.be/BHvj6_SmMSM, after doing a Road Roughness Test in my JDM Mustang, I caught this on my RWDS event camera...

Anyway, I've added you to my list of friends, your postings were a great help to me after I picked up my ride in 2010, thanks
