Anyone know where to find the radio code on a 08 Hyundai Accent?

My girlfriend had her battery die on her today and someone jumped it for her but now the stereo wont turn on. Checked the fuse and thats not it but i did find out that they have a Anti theft code but the problem is I can't find it in the car anywhere and I haven't been able to find anything online.

Any help would be appreciated guys ,

Don't know about Hyundai but Honda has theres on the back of the radio,you can take it to the dealer and they can get it for you.

I figured that they would but would they charge for that? She's really hopin to avoid that but if she has to...

I wouldn't waste too much(re:any) time at a dealer, best bet would be to call up Hyundai of America.

I had to do a similar thing with an Accord. Tried dealers and they all wanted proof of ownership and to charge an hours shop time to pull the radio(10min job to remove install) called up Honda of America, updated owner information, had the VIN and radio serial number on hand, got code.

They put it on the back of the radio?? WTF sense does that make?? I thought this "code " was to make the radio useless if it was stolen ?? If this is the case why did thy decide to put it on the radio thats going to get stolen ?? Guess it'll make it easier for the criminal to use the radio lol
