Amazing, 15 colors available in 1979. I just looked, 8 colors available on the 2012 Mustang. (Not all colors available on all models; looks like Yellow Blaze has been 'built out' for the model year.)

Yeah, I guess, kinda. It wasn't really a "production" color as it was only available on the Pace Car.

I expect to have to change the color swatches where needed so please provide feedback on anycolor that you see or think might not be correct. The color swatch is simply a table cell with an HTML color code as the background so it is very easy to change. If you happen to know the six-character HTML alphanumeric color code that would be a good match, even better.

Skye suggested making the color codes/names a clickable link to a picture of a Capri or Mustang painted that color, IF we can find good pics of cars with their original paint.

Code "11" from 1981, which I did not include in that article, that is still a mystery to me. I don't even know the name of the color. It isn't in any Ford literature, or any other books or paint charts. I have four Mustangs so far in the database with that paint code.
