OK everybody I need to get into the 10's without breaking the bank.

1979 Mustang coupe
Car weight is 2950 lbs with driver

Nitrous is not an option.

I'm running 408w 9.8:1 compression less than 1000 miles on it
Comp Cams XE282HR cam
Victor JR heads 77189
1.6 roller rockers
Weiand Stealth dual plane intake
Holley HP 750 Carb my afr is 12.5 crossing the line.
I believe I have the carb dialed in for max mph
I have not checked my vacuum at the top end of the track
VP MS109 - Unleaded Fuel
Total timing 36 degrees all in by 3500 rpm
Meziere electric waterpump
14 x 3 K&N air filter closed top (no clearance for 4")
C4 transmission 3200 converter no transbrake
373 gears
Mickey Thompson et drags 28x10.5 slicks

Tried a ram air with no change in mph or et

Here's my timeslip breakdown
Flashing the converter off idle at 3500 rpm and shifting at 6000 rpm
60ft 1.60
330ft 4.55
1/8 mile 7.07 at 97.11 mph
1000ft 9.27
1/4 mile 11.14 at 119.82 mph

I'm thinking of changing
my rockers to 1.7
850 carb
410 gears
I could lose some weight. Car and driver

Thanks
