The option to add a signature is disabled for "new" members. You have to wait a certain number of days and then the option to add a signature will be available to you.
This delay period was done to disallow spammers adding a signature with questionable/inappropriate text and or links.
How long do you have to wait? I haven't quite been a member for a month. Thanks for your time.
