I like the Snypers much better, but the front tires need more sidewall.

I think a set of late model 5 lug Bullet wheels with a staggered look, and charcoal spokes would look sweet too though.

Brian what I am going to do is move the rear tires to the front, and buy some 275's for the rear, the rears now are 255/40, and should work fine up there.
I will grab some 275/40 for the back.

I think the angle the car is parked is making it look a little worse then it is too.
We noticed at the cruise last night it didn't stand out as bad as the pic makes it look.
But I still think the 235/40 isn't wide enough for the 8" rim anyway.

EDIT: Unless I can't find the 275/40/17 in the Kumho Supra's as I think they are discontinued. I have found some 245/40's, which I will do on the fronts if I cant find the 275 for the rear.

I think a 45 series tire would look a lot nicer on there.

Yeah I tend to agree with you Mike, but now money will be the issue.

If I can at least get the fronts to look a little more proportionally correct cheaply I can do it, if not, then its on hold and I run them the way they are.

I can't dive in to 4 new tires now

Jeff, I spent $80 on two used tires. They both have a lot of tread left.

I just made a 100 mile trip on them with the entire family, with no issues at all.

I have to have matching tires, I can't mix & match them, I am just anal about that so...

Find me a pair of 275/40/17 Kumho ECSTA Supra tires and I will buy them! LOL

    I found 1, but not 2 yet.

    Jeff -

I just found one, but it's probably same one that you've found...

Jeff, call some of the used tire places, they can usually get a matched pair of tires. I once found a brand new set of (4) Falken 235/45ZR17's for my Talon. Still had the little rubber nipples on the tires. Cost me $120 out the door for them.
