I basically just want to see all your under the hood setups so I can appreciate and get some ideas of what I want eventually. A little description of your mods would be great too. Thanks guys.

Here is my current setup. NPR front mount intercooler, Summit universal radiator, custom intercooler piping, remote mounted TFI, and billet battery tray. Engine is untouched and the factory turbo recently died. It also has a 3" exhaust.

I have a bunch of pictures in this link. Only a few engine shots though.

Car was at 430rwhp at the time with stock bottom end. I had already blown up the good motor and was putting together another one.

I can't even imagine mine having 430 rwhp, that's crazy but I love it! What is needed to rotate the intake manifold/throttle body like you have it?
Just use a rotated intake from 40bob. It makes things a lot easier and cleaner. When I got a better flowing intake and a bigger turbo the car really woke up. We turned around and laid down over 500rwhp. Knowing what I know now it should have had a bigger turbo and a custom intake. These motors are tons of fun and can make retarded amounts of power.

Oh yeah I see it on his website.iit does look so much better than snaking the tubing all around.

Very nice setup![]()
I need to get some better "finished" pictures, but here are a few from when I swapped the motor / cleaned up the engine bay in my 86 SVO:

That looks alot like mine. Rusty pulleys haha I gotta take them off to powder coat them![]()
I would assume they do but not quite 100%. They're 5 lug like stock.
They will bolt right up. With stock suspension it shouldn't be an issue. The tire size needs to be in the 225-245 range.
Mine was lowered several inches and I had rubbing issues on the rear at the fender lip. Rolling them eliminates that. The front will rub at full turn unless you bend back the inner fender slightly.
The sn-197 wheels fit the svos really well because of the deeper offset.

Here's me at the moment..

Desi has a little metal plate protecting all the wires in the top left corner of the pic and im wondering if these are rare? I haven't seen anybody elses have that and mine has it as well.
To be honest with you, I haven't seen that on another car either that I can think of. Now the bottom of it is starting to rust/flake and part of me wonders if this was something else that was rigged into a heat shield, but if it's factory I can see why many are gone, like I said the bottom is starting to seperate on it.
Mine's paint is flaking as well but its solid and I am in the process of glass beading it and powder coating it. My uncle has seen and owned a decent amount of svo's and he said that he has never seen that heat shield either so its weird.
Here is the SVO I sold, had not enough room to keep all the cars....
A sad day!!
