Default 8th annual North West 4-eye BBQ

The date for our 4-eye BBQ is August 27th, and I have mailed out 140 flyers to date, compaired to 112 flyers last year, and have anothe 30 to go IF I can get replies to PM's that I have sent out. Vannce's grandpa has been a great recruiter this year, finding 3 new owners for me, and I picked up a dozen or more at a couple of shows this year. For those of you north of the border with the postal strike, watch your mail box, and please drop me a note when you get your flyer. Also, when sending the form back across the border, please write U.S.A. below my zio code.
Thanks to those on here that have made mention of this event to the new guys and gals that have signed up, speaking of which, the first registration I got back was from a gal that has registered on here as "Foxylady"....how cool is that !!
I have been quiet this year due to an excess of work and severe outages of my internet service. I have been putting in lots of hours on some "classic" stangs for a shop, Nelson's SVO, redoing the back yard, and lately a gutting of the powertrain for Mr. Butters' 79 Capri. Camping is available again this year, we will do a drive again, and if anybody stays over Saturday night, we should do a breakfast meeting.
This thread will be closed the day of the BBQ so F4FNTM can make up his usual terriffic report and have it posted a day or two after, then you can tell everybody else that could not party with us what they missed.
I can't wait so see all of the cars arriving again, it is such a thrill !!!!!\

I`d like to bring my 78 Fairmont boxtop, 428 4 speed drag car, but it is only a 2 eyed "Cheapy" model. Would such a travesty of 4 eye FOX protocol be permitted?

Hi Rory, yes your Fairmont will be beside Nolan's Mont on the lawn, looking at the others. Time is getting short, so please download and print the registration form from the website and get it in the mail yesterday, cause it can take up to 30 days to get mail from BC. Also put "U.S.A." in big letters below my zip code, and enclose green, US cash so I don't have to do the exchange stuff at the bank, please.

    Mustang Kid,
The more the merrier, but just to refresh one of the conditions of entrance....converting a 79 to 86 car to look like an 87 to 93 car ( or the other way around) will not get you into the field, so choose your ride based on this requirement, please.

A quick note to all, I am running a little behind at the moment due to a heavy work load on some early stangs, so I am late in getting confirmation emails out to those that have sent their registration to me....sorry

The problem is the browser your computer is running...try the page with "Opra" or internet exporer 7...we are having to re-write the entire site...if all fails, let me know and I will mail another one.
