Headlight Wiring

I think I'll be using an aftermarket wiring setup for my Capri so I just wanted to verify how the headlights are supposed to be setup:

On the outside are the High/Low (H4)
On the inside are the High (H1)
Low beams on will turn on the low beam on the outside
High beams will turn on the high beams only on the inside
Flash-To-Pass will turn on the high beams on the inside AND outside

Correct?

All correct except for this:

High beams will turn on the high beams only on the inside

High beam filaments in all four lamps will be engaged
