What is the mileage on this coupe?

Can you not get a clear view of the Buck Tag? I ask because at least one code is missing from the right edge of it (rotation #), and maybe others.

Does it have...
cruise control?
console?
defrost?
power locks?
power windows?
tilt steering column?

If the radio is original, does it have "Premium Sound" on the faceplate?

No cruise, it has console, no defrost, no PL, no PW, and no tilt. The header panel is blocking the rest, but I thought I might be missing a number or two. Let me see if I can unbolt a few things and get a more clear view tonight! Thank you so much for the decode!

If it doesn't have cruise, defrost, PL, or PW, the only codes on the tag you can't see right now are the rotation number (top right corner) and possibly "NLR" (bottom right corner), if that code is on the tag at all.
