We went on a cruise a few years ago and the last Island we stopped at was St Thomas. BEAUTIFUL place, sat in the shallow water and fed the fish milkbone dog biscuits, and marveled at how clean and clear the water was. I got sunburnt as hell because I was to dumb to put on sunscreeen.

The best beach in the Caribbean imo is on Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. Absolutley the most beautiful spot on earth.

Seriously? On our cruise that was the first island we went to and I thought it was a dump. We rented a car from Ugo car rental and we barely went anywhere with that POS. Maybe if we would have went on the cruises pre-planned excursion it would have been better but the part of the Island we saw was horrible.

Did you go to cane bay? That's the part we were on, and a local drove us around and up on to a large hill and it had quite a good view.

I also liked the fact that we were on a British island. I am somewhat of an Anglophile.
