Default Proud owner of a 1980 Cobra again

After I sold my black 1980 cobra mustang last year I regretted it. So, two weekends ago, I bought another one. Its good to be back in the family again.
Its a 255 V8 auto with 47,000 original miles. Has factory louvers, sun roof, and no console. Needs some TLC but I'm up to the task.

Actually, it is the car that was posted not to long ago that the question was raised whether or not it was a 302. Well, I looked underneath and was able to read the engine code and its definately a 255 V8 according to the codes. To me it makes it better because its just a plain ole original cobra. The interior is vaquero. The car is solid with no rust through. Just needs an eventual paint job. The car runs like its new.

I had this exterior color combo when I was 16, my first car. Mine had blue interior with the 2.3 Turbo automatic. I have been looking for one like it for many years. Might be a middle age thing I'm not sure but regardless my search will continue. This is the only other one I have ever seen so it must be rare.
