    Default SVO gas pedal

I'm looking for pics of the correct gas pedal on an 84 SVO. I have seen two different ones and need to know which is correct. Does the SVO use the same pedal as the 84-86 GTs with a 5spd? Please post pics of what your car has in it. Thanks.

Gas pedal should be the same its the brake pedal thats different in a SVO vs GT.

Reason for this is for better heel toe driving.

That's what I thought, which means my gas pedal is wrong or unique because I'm pretty sure it was never changed. Mine resembles the ones used on automatic cars and I believe the 5 spd cars have a curved pedal.

I'd say your's is correct....my old '84 had the same pedal and it was an all original car (when I first got it). The curved pedal wasn't used until sometime in '85.

This is correct , the 84 I bought new has the flat one.

FWIW I noticed a difference going from the flat smaller gas pedal to the larger curved pedal. The car seemed to drive better, for whatever reason. Maybe it was all in my head because I spent 10 minutes changing it, but it seemed worthwhile.

Where can I get a new gas pedal to go along with the new clutch, brake, and dead pedals I accumulated this winter? All I see are the curved ones.
