Those center caps look exactly like mine and mine are Eagle Alloys. They have made a gazillion swirlish spinner looking wheels. I can't wait for my back Welds to come in so I can get rid of these ugly darn things!

... among many others. In the early 90's, billet wheels were all the rage and had many advantages such as hidden lug nuts, could be drilled for any bolt pattern, custom backspacing was easy to accommodate because the center was welded to the hoop, etc.
With those directional designs, not all companies offered a "left" and "right". Thus, some wheels looked different on the driver's side compared to the passenger side because they were facing the "wrong" way.
Meh. Not for me.
