That's cool. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a dominator. What did the secondary spring do? Have something to do with the opening of the secondarys on the carb?

If you would stop sending all that snow up here from down in Texas I might be able to get the car out of the garage! It will be awhile before the Mesh wheels are on. They are going to have to be painted, and that won't happen until its much warmer outside.

Thanks Chris! Tomorrow I am going to work on the T-Tops. They have been sealed to stop leaks. I desperately want to take them out! Hopefully I will be able to do so without damaging them.

Thanks Dan! Couldn't of gotten it without your help! I will be honest I have never been a fan of whitewalls on any car. Got myself some 16" ARE Mesh that I am working to get painted and will put on eventually.

Have not done much to the car this winter. But that will soon change. Going to enlist Dan's services this spring/summer to repair a few things and repaint the car!

So those who have replaced T-Top seals... Recommendations?

Going to post up a picture of some interior repair work that is going to need to be done.. Going to need Recommendations on that as well.

Anybody have suggestions on where I can get replacement vinyl for this section? NPD has every color but the most popular... Grey!

I am not up on the Dominators, sorry. I don't really care for the huge size of the stickers but I certainly appreciate all the special models. The Canadian Cobras, the Dominators, the Twister II, SVO, GT350 (owned one) etc.

I just have a question about the hood scoop. It looks like from the last picture that the scoop is indeed real. That is pretty cool. What else makes them special? I see the stock lid on the air-cleaner. I assume it has holes cut in it or something so the scoop directs fresh air in it. Can you take a close-up of that part please?

Thanks! I love your car. It looks really clean. Can't believe you are ditching all that factory paint just cause it's not perfect really. I hope it turns out like you want. I love the '80s Fox.

    Yes the scoop is functional.

Mine had Hooker long tube headers, FMS/MSD Ignition, and a FMS 140MPH Speedo installed.

Much of the paint on the car is not original. It looks much better in pictures than it does in person. Its a nice 10 footer. Plus there are some rust spots I want taken care of.

Once done I am having the car pin stripped to match my original Dominator that I had as a teenager. It was rolled back in 1995. There is a thread here with pictures.

I know Dan will do a good job with it. We've all seen what he has done with his Twister II/Predator and Saleen and Chris' coupes. The Dominator will come back looking good as new.
