    Default 1983-1984 2.3L Turbo EEC-IV/EFI Manual

1.6L Turbo pages were omitted, so that's why the page numbers jump around a bit. I haven't mastered the art of getting these blasted oversized manuals to lay down flat, so the quality isn't the greatest, but you should still find them readable at up to about 300% magnification.

    Please right-click/save as.

I just found this thread which contains the info that I was looking for & a whole lot more!

    Thanks for the PDF!

So here I go with a question that will destroy any misconception that I might be mechanically wise.
Please keep in mind that I started rodding long before anyone imagined having a computer control a vehicle's functions, so that entire spectrum is foreign to me.
What is the difference between an EEC, ECU, ECM, ECA?

    Thanks Chuck,
I suspected as much, but thought it possible that different acronyms might denote different advancement in technology.

Thanks for posting this manual. I'm sure I'll need it for my 83 RS Turbo.
