Hey, got my code 99 from Ford Motor Co. and it said that my car is a Black Magic Feature car. Wondering if that was correct since I only have seen the Capris.
What exactly is a Black magic car?
Not even sure what it is...

maybe it really is a black magic capri, the past owners could have changed the look to a mustang.... who would ever do a thing like that?

mustangsvo: Can you scan and post an image of your Ford CRC letter?
Will scan it in. I've owned the car since new. It's a Mustang GT Turbo Convertible. Needs a lot to restore it but hoping to restore it to its glory.
Neat, I picked up a the same mustang two years ago for my son. Said to be less then 200 made. BTW I also have a 1982 Black Magic Capri. Good luck on the restore.
Drive it like ya stole it
1982 Black Magic 5.0
1984 GT Turbo - Needs TLC
1982 5.0 Capri - Needs alot of help.
1979, 1981, 1983 capris 1987 mustang - all for parts.
1983 Turbo GT Vert's I believe
1986 Saleen #26 - Saugus Pace Car
1988 Range Rover Classic - The Shop Truck
I think you meant 1984 Turbo GT convertibles, as there were none made in '83, and also that's the model that mustangsvo and caprin1982 have/are talking about.
There were many more than 200 made...almost four times that many, actually.
