Hi everyone! Glad I was told about this group! I have an 82 GT, recently purchased from its original owner. I'm told that the number "10" written in white paint on the driver's side shock tower was put there by the factory and designates the 10th GT in 82 off the assembly line. It was manufactured at the Detroit plant. Has anyone heard of the factory doing this or does your 82 have a number like this?
