Just thought I would post a little something in here since it has been so quiet, and see how many people have driven their 82 GT recently. Mine has sat idle for at least 6 months, and now with some cooler temps outside I took it for a spin yesterday just to run errands etc. Man I love driving that car! It needs some minor body work and paint but still looks presentable and still turns heads. Currently my 82 GT only gets about 800 miles a year on it, mostly in the spring and fall. The clock is still slightly under 100K miles. 1 twist of the key fired it right up no problems and a twist of the throttle reminds me why I like driving it!! Sure there are faster cars out there, and there always will be. But this is just fun to drive.

Drive mine every day 25 miles (one way) to work. Unfortunatly its been my DD for some time now.

Why unfortunately?.....if l could drive mine every day l would be very happy....OK....maybe no rainy days....which is quite a few in UK

I've put almost 9000 miles on mine since april

I just got mine out for the first time this year it was a long winter lol
