Making Progress...

Wow, it's hard to believe it's been a month since I've been on here, but that's the way holidays go in my household. We had an unusually warm day here which prompted me to get a couple of small things done on the Twister today. I managed to get the 8 pin engine harness connector spliced in and took care of a couple ground wires that were chewed up as well.

The FMR 8 pin connector went in nicely. Here shortly I'm going to order the main engine harness as mine is toast. Once I deciphered what was going where and pulled it out I realized how bad it was.

The car had an aftermarket ignition box at one time, and the harness had been spliced in several places. But, it is coming along, and I will have much more confidence in the car once this is taken care of.

My old Motorsport valve covers came back from powder coating. They're nothing fancy, just a black crinkle finish, but they look great. I'm trying to button up a few extra pieces I need to get my intake and carb back on. I'm counting down the days to spring! Hopefully she is back together and ready to cruise.

I hope everybody is getting their cars out as nice as it's going to be in the Midwest the next few days.
