Well today I went to the store when I came back I parked the car on the street. I left it out there for like 10 minutes, Then I turned the car on and was going to put it in the garage, i noticed the brake pedal was hard, then i put it in drive and tried to drive but i felt the brakes still on and it would just rev up and barely start moving, when i got it to the drive way ,which is at a upward angle, i gave it some gas and the right rear tire started spinning and made it kind of hard to put it back in the garage.
I know the PO rebuilt the mastercylinder, The brake feels like when the car is off and the pedal is hard.
Anyone have a idea of what could cause the brakes to lock like that??

jack the car up and try spinning the wheels by hand. If one is stuck then it'll be that wheel. If they're all stuck then most likely its the MC. I'dpersonaly never trust anything rebuild for brakes

MC probably jammed. It happens on rebluilt brakes part. More common on the calipers.

Are your brake shoes wore down to the metal? One side may be sticking to the drum... It happened to my van.
