I cleaned the maf, cleaned the throttle body, changed plugs, wires and cap. Still have a rough idle. Could it be the tps going bad?

Did you try cleaning the air/idle solonoid?

ALWAYS do KOEO and KOER tests first with any EEC car.

I did similar to fix problem, it ended up being a vacuum line cracked due to old age. Mine was a line behind the intake phlenum.

I second the vacuum leak. I have had this happen twice over the years.
