Okay i got a weird problem, my car would start just fine when it was parked after my grenading of my 7.5, well the other day i went to start it and found out that i have to push up on the bottom of the steering wheel and it will start just fine, also i have to keep pressure on it to keep it running. If you let off the car will die, column seems a bit more loose than what it was back in april. I'm thinking ignition switch or a loose wire. Any suggestions? i know its electrical and something in the column.
I've kept my car locked so its not a matter of someone trying to monkey with it

sounds like the ignition switch coming apart. take a look at it and the connector that snaps into it.

Yeah, $12 part. Get one quick. They tend to burn down Mustangs/Capris.

We had the same issue here with the 79 V6, it was the ignition switch as well...
