I recently picked up an '83 Capri dealer brochure hoping it would have some info on the CC option. You guessed it, it didn't.

So, now I'm wondering if there is any Ford/Mercury printed literature listing the CC package at all. Anybody know of anything? I'm sure the car I picked up should probably be crushed (due to damage and rust), but I find myself very intrigued by what it is. Plus, with how rare it appears to be, it might be worth it in the long run to restore it.

TIA for any assistance.

Check out Mike's (negusm's) site. He has lots of Ford and Mercury literature posted, including some Crimson Cat stuff.

Here's one example:

Just a little nit pick. If it say CAT and it has the red exterior code. If it has the black exterior code it would be a Black Magic. They had both in 1983.
