Does anyone make repro side molding for the 79s? I am missing the molding on the passenger side door and several of the other pieces are in bad shape. I see new years available at various places like 50 resto and mustangs unlimited, but I have not seen it for my Cobra.

No you can't buy them new anymore, Fox Mustang Restoration restores side moldings and sells used moldings . You can contact them at 866-496-7320 good luck!
