That looks like a MoMo hub adapter.

That looks awesome with the aluminum piece in front of the wheel. Much better than my Black plastic piece that covers my Grant kit. I wonder if they're still available?

I got it at Auto Zone about 4 or 5 years ago. All I know for sure is it's not Grant. I don't think it's Momo ether. You could check Auto Zone to see if they still have it.
