Hello. I recently purchased a 79 Cobra project and when I found FEP I signed up pretty quick. I have already posted in the Cobra corner but I figured I would introduce myself to the rest of the population too. :)
1979 Cobra
- Original color was two-toned silver and black but somebody screwed that up along the way.
- Engine is 302, original 2 barrel is gone, but previous owner put a 500cfm 2 barrel on it
- Still has the 4spd hurst
- I have put a 3 piece wing on it and replaced some damaged panels
I plan on this being mostly a restoration project, not getting too far from original on the body and interior. Drivetrain will get modernized so I don't blow up the factory stuff.
