I have the chance of picking up a 79 302 , 4spd car . The only good part of it that I am looking for is the rear diff . Unfortunatly , the tag is missing . What are the chances that it is a posi ?

Traction-Lok wasn't offered until '81.

And besides that, it would be a 7.5" rear.
