Thanks Jeff for the help! I was getting frustrated. It's a lot of work but she's definitely worth the trouble, blood, sweat and tears. :burnout:

Looking good so far, even got your little helper getting dirty. That looks like fun. Good luck and look forward to seeing her when she is finished.

Is there a story to go along with this? Seems like you've had it a while.

Yes, it's a very long story...My husband bought it back in 86' brand new, fresh off the delivery truck when he was Service Manager at Kayser Ford in Madison, WI. He brought it home that night for me to drive and I fell in love with immediately. I told him I'd love to have a car like this and the next day he was buying it. We've had lots of fun times with this car, and she's been reliable since day one so we figured we'd put our appreciation back into her. We have a 68' that we show frequently and want to show Black Beauty also, especially since the 86' is increasingly becoming more rare. We want to restore it as close to concourse as possible, especially since we are the original owners and still retain all the paperwork from purchasing.
