View Full Version : 87-88 Prop Valve Question.

Anyone know where the prop valve is on a 87-88 TC? A friend is going to grab one for me but I'm not sure where it is.
I think they are all up by the firewall on the pass side, right up by the hood hinge. You will see what looks like a union in the brake line. Take that out and the prop valve goes there instead.

i dont think they have one being that it has abs
oops....I didn't know they had ABS. I is TC retarded. :(

i got one from an 88 TC, it's directly under the master cylinder.. i disassembled it long with a stock mustang one and internally they're almost the same, it looked like it regulated brake pressure to the rear so i juse left it out and ran the rear line from the master cylinder to the brake bias valve, and the front from the MC to the line lock, to a T fitting then to each wheel..
