View Full Version : Anyone going to Adirondack Nationals in Lake George?

Is there anyone on here that is planning to go to the Adirondack Nationals Car Show in Lake George, NY this year? It's the weekend after labor day. Me and a couple of buddies are going to cruise up there and meet up with my old car club from Rochester for the show.

Just wanted to see if anyone else was going...we could meet up for lunch or something.


Also, for those that aren't familiar with it, it is a great car show. Tons of cars in town, all cruising, and the show cars get to cruise on friday and saturday nights...street legal or not. Nothing better than the smell of 116 as a car idles in front of you. :pimp:

I look forward to getting the 81 done so I can show it in the next couple of years when they up the entry date to include 81s. lol

Nice. I was going every year until I moved down here from NY. I'm making it back for the first time in 3 years I believe....maybe 4. Looking forward to it.

Hmm....there are a few four eyes in town today and I was thinking one of them was you, but it appears none of them were. Got some vid of one of the burnouts from one in front of the bowling alley. Prolly get some good pics of them all rolling through town tomorrow.

I will be up there tonight. Tomorrow is supposed to rain so I may not show then.

Yeah, I saw you last night. Car looks good man. I was the one that whistled at you on your final pass. I was hoping you were going to make one more swing through and I was going to flag you down.

I wondered if it was you are just someone making noise, lol. We hung out up on the hill where they usually try to get away with burnouts and such for a while untill the cops get there. Finally it thinned out a bit and I told my wife I we would cruise up and down twice before we headed home.

Hows the weather up there today?

BTW, honestly how'd it look rolling by? (just curious) I always think cars look so much better in motion, but being no one but myself drives my cars I don't get to see them on a pass by, lol.

It definitely looked good.

We were up on the hill thursday night watching the burnouts. Got some on video. We missed the 3/4 ton dodge ram doing donuts in front of the gas station, but we did get to see a good bit of the burnouts.

As for the weather, it's raining out right now so I haven't left my room. I might roll into town in a little while and see what is going on there. I still need to get down vendor row yet.
