negative battery cable and grounds

where does it mount to on the block? pics would help too

also where should i have grounds? i have the 2 from the wiring harness connected to the top of the rad support, now arent there supposed to be one going from the back of each head to the body too?

On my '79, battery neg. is connected to the block on one bolt of the alt bracket.
I also have a ground strap bolted to one transmission housing bolt and the firewall.

I know the factory location on my '86 is on the driver side of the timing cover.
