Pace car dash wiring

I recently parted out a rusty turbo pace car. I completly gutted the interior which was in decent shape for it's age. I just got done stripping the dash to remove the radio and besides the "pace car" sticker that was on the top of the dash was suprized to see the dash wiring harness marked with "pace car" as well. Is that because this harness is specific for pace cars becasue of the fog lights?

I had two paces cars, one of which had to be parted out and I never saw the harness marked, that car also happened to be a turbo 4 as well.
